Amanamongmommies

Well today was another day off for the boys and they had a really busy day.  At 9:00 I dropped them off at a friends house to play for a few hours.  They do not see these friends that often since they are in another school district.  They had a blast and were very well behaved.  At 1:00 the wife picked them up and they were rather tired.  At 3:00 a friend of 7yo’s came to play for a couple hours.  So pretty much the entire day the boys had play dates.

The laundry since the baby has become almost unmanageable.  The piles get bigger and no matter how many loads I do there are seems to be many more.  I am hoping by tomorrow I  will be at least a little more caugt up…

Dogs Day…

Well my older dog got to spend the day at night at the vet getting a tumor removed from just below his eye and a full dental cleaning.  Everything went well and he is spending the night at the vet in order to make sure there is not bleeding.  This was one expensive trip, but now he will have clean teeth as well as an eyelid that can close right again…  My younger dog has been so confused to have his “brother” gone all day.  He keeps looking for him…

The 5

1. Cold - After a couple days of warmth in the 30’s the temps are falling hard again.  Now all the snow that had been melting is not solid blocks of ice.  6 degrees right now…
2. Hair Cut Torture - Apparently 3yo thinks a haircut is a reason to scream bloody murder.  I give both boys haircuts and recently 3yo has gotten out of had.  So next haircut the wife is taking him out to get it cut.  7yo dies really well…
3. Political Coverage - Despite this primary season being rather exciting I am a bit tired of some of the coverage.  Hilliary Sneezed, Obama coughed and McCain dropped a piece of paper. Whats next a daily menu???
4. NBA All Star Game - Does anyone care anymore?  Bird, Magic, Jordan… More Player, less thug…
5. Games - I need to find a way to get back to playing more often.  After Saturday I am really looking to get playing again.

Daily Observation: Being overtired and having a sore back really take their toll on a person…
